     - Welcome to the Modern Estate Sale - 
    Beginning September 2014, we were the first and only estate sale company in St. Louis to offer online registration! 

    You don't need a line number to attend the sale, ONLY if you want to be among the first in right when we open!

    Here's how it works: 
    • Submit your information during the listed registration times.
    • You will receive a personal email confirmation from us with your number AFTER the registration window closes. 
    • One number per submission. If you share an email account, you must submit twice and enter the name of your guest.
    • You must be present when your number is called.
