SERVICES
We are a full-service, multi-platform estate sale company that manages complete or partial liquidations.
Valuation. Through the Certified Appraisers Guild of America, Paint & Patina’s proprietor is a certified appraiser and a member in good standing. We have a solid understanding of the current fair market values of your items and the resources to best research specialty items such as collectibles and art. Current valuations help sell your items quickly and returns a profit to the estate.
Marketing. From high-tech to handshakes, we know where and how to reach estate sale shoppers to yield a large turn-out to your sale. We use social media, on-line estate sale networks, print advertising, our own email lists, professional signage, and old-fashioned networking with shops and collectors around town.
Multiple Platforms. Your sale may be a good for our contemporary estate sale services or it may need an online sales outlet. Or maybe it needs both. Our team is versed in the various platforms and methodologies to help you earn the most.
Management. Managing an estate sale is a full-time and extremely detailed project. We have years of experience to efficiently handle your sale from start to finish. Our planning includes everything from protecting flooring in the home to working with the City for permits and parking plans to staging the home into a boutique storefront and everything in between. (FYI. Our team is the best in town at staging and will make your items look better than they ever have before!)
Ethics. Most may not consider ethics as a service. When it comes to estate sales, you need a company that is honest and ethical. We have a solid reputation with our sale guests and clients of being just that; honest, ethical, organized, accommodating

PROCESS
There are three easy steps to begin the estate sale process.
- Determine what you will keep. Don’t throw ANYTHING away! Let us do the work of deciding trash and treasure.
- A personal, onsite consultation. There is no fee for this visit and it takes approximately 30 minutes.
- Determine the level of involvement you want us to have. From partial estates sales to hands-free, complete clean-outs, we can design a plan that accommodates your situation and one that clearly defines the services required for your sale.

COMMISSIONClients receive a check within one week following the conclusion of the sale. Paint & Patina earns a commission based on a percentage of the sale proceeds. The percentage is determined following your on-site consultation.

Before. All items were in storage, then transferred to the estate's garage.

After. Our crew worked to unpack, organize and stage the boxed items within the estate. Furniture, artwork, lamps and decor were beautifully arranged.
